NO REFUNDS

Deposit

At the time of booking  50% of your total service charge is due. Remaining balance must be paid apon completion of service. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Payments

Credit or Debit cards will be charged sales tax. 

other payment options are Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash (exact change).

No Call/ No Show will be charged the full price of service.

NO children are allowed unless being serviced. 

NO extra guest or visitors during your service time. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Hair Services: Your hair MUST be taken out of any styling. There will be an additional charge for taking down styles. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
You’re given a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time. Arriving after the grace period results in a  $35 fee. Texting you’re running late doesn’t exempt you from late fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

When booking your appointment choose all services needed at appointment time. (ex. Edge up & Sew in) No adding services during your appointment.

You MUST provide your own hair for any service unless the service includes hair. 

Convenience: 

Any appointment wanted during the week before 10am or after 5pm REQUIRES a $45 convenience fee. Saturday (6am-8:30am) or Sunday fee $55 (No Exceptions) 

Same day squeeze in appointments $45 fee.

Booking an appointment indicates you have read and understood rules stated above. I understand deposits are final and non refundable. I understand late fees must be paid if you are 15 min late. Lastly I understand I will be charged full price for a no call no show.I will not rush any service. Good work isn't fast, and fast work isn't good. Make sure you book your appointments accordingly.
